You may request deletion of personal data connected to your Waismo interactions or Meta/Facebook app authorization. Waismo currently operates as an informational and community-building finance brand and does not accept credit card applications, loan applications, bank applications, financial documents, card numbers, bank credentials, income documents, IDs, or payment details.
How to Request Deletion
- Email admin@waismo.com.
- Use the subject line: Waismo Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, Facebook profile URL or email, page or business name if applicable, and details of the request.
Verification
Waismo will verify the request before deletion to help protect accounts, pages, and community data from unauthorized requests. We may ask for additional information only when reasonably needed to confirm the request.
What May Be Deleted
Where legally and technically possible, Waismo may delete stored profile identifiers, message records, page or app authorization records, access tokens, internal notes, and interaction records connected to your request.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, audit, or compliance reasons. If we cannot delete a record immediately, we will limit use of that record where appropriate and retain it only for as long as needed.
Response Time
Waismo aims to respond within 15 business days after receiving a complete request, unless more time is reasonably needed due to verification, technical limitations, legal requirements, or the complexity of the request.
Removing the App From Facebook
Removing the app from your Facebook settings may revoke future access by the app. However, you should still contact Waismo at admin@waismo.com if you want to request deletion of data already held by Waismo.
