These terms apply to the Waismo website and supported mobile app builds. Waismo is operated by S7 Business Solutions under SIGMA7 BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES. By using Waismo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Educational and decision-support service
Waismo provides comparisons, public promo information, manual tracking tools, estimates, reminders, and general educational guidance. It is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, payment processor, financial adviser, lawyer, accountant, or insurer. Content and assistant output are not financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice.
2. Verify issuer terms
Fees, rewards, eligibility, income requirements, promo mechanics, and availability can change or contain source errors. Open the linked official issuer source and confirm current terms before applying, spending, or relying on an offer. Issuers decide approval and eligibility. Waismo does not guarantee approval, savings, rewards, promo acceptance, or a particular outcome.
3. Manual tracking and no automatic transactions
Financial records are entered or selected by you. Waismo does not automatically connect to your bank, monitor purchases, submit applications, move money, or pay bills. Calculations, due-date reminders, projections, and payoff plans depend on the information you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Ask Waismo
Assistant responses may be generated locally or by third-party AI services when an online option is available and you have consented. AI output can be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important information using the cited source and qualified professional advice where appropriate. Do not submit secrets, passwords, one-time codes, full card details, identity documents, or unnecessary private financial information.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account. Use accurate account information, notify Waismo of suspected unauthorized access, and do not attempt to access another person's data or bypass service limits.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Waismo to violate law, commit fraud, scrape or overload the service, distribute malware, interfere with security, impersonate another person, reverse engineer restricted service components, or generate abusive or unlawful content. Waismo may restrict access needed to protect users, providers, and the service.
7. External services and links
Issuer sites, app stores, identity providers, AI providers, social networks, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Waismo does not control their availability, decisions, content, or handling of information you provide directly to them.
8. Service availability and changes
Features may differ by platform, build, account status, configuration, or location. Waismo may correct content, change or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or suspend access for security or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
Waismo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. You remain responsible for financial decisions, submissions to issuers, payments, deadlines, exports, and backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to admin@waismo.com or through the Support page. We may update these terms when the service changes and will revise the effective date above. Material new data handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
